1. What this service is

StudentRefundCheck is an administrative automation platform. We help you prepare a UK student visa refund request package based on publicly available information. The service is offered "as is" and is not a substitute for legal or immigration advice.

2. What we do not do

• We do not provide legal advice or immigration advice.
• We do not represent you before UKVI or any other authority.
• We do not submit requests to UKVI on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee any outcome, including any refund.

Any decision about your application or refund is at the sole discretion of UKVI.

3. Eligibility and accuracy

You confirm that you own the documents you upload, or are authorised to use them for the purpose of preparing a refund request. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every detail in the package before submitting it to UKVI.

4. Price and refunds

The current price for the Done-For-You package is shown at checkout (currently £9.99, one-time launch offer). Because the deliverable is a digital package generated immediately on demand, refunds are generally not available once the package has been generated. If you experience a genuine service failure (for example, the package could not be produced or could not be downloaded), contact support@studentrefundcheck.com within 14 days and we will review the situation.

5. Your content and our use of it

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the package we generate. We process your documents only to produce your package, then delete them automatically within 24 hours. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload documents you do not have the right to use, not to abuse the service, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. The information we provide is based on publicly available sources and your own uploaded information; we do not warrant it is complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
